What it can do

  • Offers 47 tools for sketches, features, sheet metal, assemblies, drawings and model analysis, plus MCP resources that carry its modelling rules.
  • Describes parts as a CAD-neutral feature graph and compiles it into SOLIDWORKS operations without an LLM in the loop.
  • Reads a supplier's DXF or DWG drawing, checks the expected volume and rebuilds the part.
  • Compares a rebuilt part or assembly with the original by topology, volume, area and centre of mass.

Limitations

  • Early alpha; the author lists the reference resolver that survives edits as unsolved.
  • Needs a C# execution layer built with MSBuild and .NET Framework 4.8 alongside the Python adapter.
  • AGPL-3.0, with a separate commercial licence offered for closed-source use.
