AI integrations for marine and offshore engineering
Tresca tracks 6 tools in this field. 1 has at least one listed MCP server or agent skill.
Marine and offshore engineering has almost no AI integrations yet. The one listed is a community server that drives Maxsurf Modeler, Stability, Resistance and Motions through their COM interfaces; its author notes that it isn't a class-compliance tool.
The main offshore analysis packages are well suited to integrations, because they are already scripted heavily in practice. OrcaFlex has a full Python API, SESAM and AQWA are driven by input files and scripting, and WAMIT and NAPA have documented interfaces. Their pages describe those interfaces and what an integration could do, and you can request one if you need it. For anything that feeds class submissions or operational limits, an engineer must check the model and results.

Questions
Is there an MCP server for OrcaFlex?
Not yet. OrcaFlex has a full Python API (OrcFxAPI), which would suit one, and its page describes what an integration could do.
Which marine tools have any AI integration?
Only Maxsurf, through a community server that drives Modeler, Stability, Resistance and Motions over COM on Windows.
Can AI results be used for class approval?
No integration here is accepted for class submissions. The Maxsurf server's author says so explicitly; treat any output as a draft for an engineer to check.
