About Tresca
AI assistants can now work inside engineering software through MCP servers and agent skills, but finding the right one is hard. Vendors are starting to publish their own, community projects appear every week, and general MCP directories file almost none of them under engineering. Tresca collects them in one place, organised the way engineers think: by discipline, then by the tool you already use.
The name comes from the Tresca yield criterion, which every structural and mechanical engineer meets early on. Its yield surface, seen down the hydrostatic axis, is the hexagon in our logo.
Who runs Tresca
Tresca is run by Northlark. It is independent: no software vendor pays for listings or placement, and nothing is ranked.
