LPILE / GROUP AI integrations
No MCP server or agent skill for LPILE / GROUP is listed yet (checked 4 Nov 2026). No MCP server or agent skill exists for Ensoft's LPILE or GROUP yet, and Ensoft has announced no AI features. LPILE has no public scripting API: the 2026 release saves input as a binary .lp13d file but writes its results to plain-text output files and can batch-run a list of data files. An agent integration would therefore work through those output files and the batch utility rather than by driving LPILE live.
How AI connects to LPILE / GROUP
An MCP server or skill can only do what LPILE / GROUP lets programs do. LPILE / GROUP exposes 2 automation interfaces:
- LPILE output text files (Input files): Every LPILE 2026 run writes several files next to the input: the .lp13o output text file with model parameters and result tables, a processor run-notes file, graphics titles and, for LRFD runs, a .lp13m summary of load and resistance combinations. All of these are text an agent can parse. The .lp13d input file itself is binary, so building inputs from code is not documented. Documentation
- Multi-File Analysis (batch run utility) (Other): Under Tools, LPILE's Multi-File Analysis runs a list of existing data files in sequence, and can read that list from an external text file. Combined with parsing the output text, this is the closest thing to automation the manual documents. LPILE can also check several pile lengths automatically and analyse up to 50 load cases per model. What Ensoft offers
Ensoft has not announced an AI assistant, MCP server or scripting interface for LPILE or GROUP; the LPILE 2026 product page mentions none. Ensoft's outputs are text files and Word reports, so a community skill that reads them is the most realistic first integration.

What an integration for LPILE / GROUP could do
- Parse LPILE .lp13o output files and tabulate pile-head deflection, maximum moment and shear for each load case against your project limits.
- Build the text list of data files for a Multi-File Analysis batch run and compare results across pile lengths or sections afterwards.
- Read the .lp13m LRFD summary and flag load and resistance combinations that fail.
- Draft a short calculation note from LPILE output tables in the units and format your office uses.
Know of one, or building one?
If an MCP server or agent skill for LPILE / GROUP exists, tell us and we'll check it and list it. You can also ask for one, which helps builders see demand.

Questions
Is there an LPILE MCP server or AI integration?
No, as of 4 November 2026. Ensoft has announced none and no community server was found. Lateral pile design with an AI agent today means having it read LPILE's text output.
Can LPILE input files be generated by a script?
Not in a documented way for LPILE 2026: its .lp13d data file is binary. The output, run-notes and LRFD summary files are text, and the batch utility can run a list of existing data files.
AI-generated models, drawings and results must be checked by a qualified engineer before use.
