Deswik AI integrations
No MCP server or agent skill for Deswik is listed yet (checked 4 Nov 2026). No usable MCP server or agent skill exists for Deswik as of November 2026. Deswik presents its own automation as graphical process workflows in Deswik.CAD rather than code, and its help portal sits behind a client login, so there is no public API reference to build against. Any integration would have to run on Windows beside a licensed Deswik.Suite.
How AI connects to Deswik
An MCP server or skill can only do what Deswik lets programs do. Deswik exposes 2 automation interfaces:
- Process maps (graphical workflows) (Other): Deswik's product page for Deswik.CAD (Deswik Spatial) describes user-customisable processes as task automation through graphical workflows tied into the Spatial toolset, sold as customisation without scripting. Workflows are saved as process map files (.ddf); a community Python project has reverse-engineered that format against Deswik.Suite 2024.2 to generate maps, which is the nearest thing to a file-based route for an agent. Documentation
- Deswik.CAD add-ins and macros (.NET): Deswik doesn't publish a public plugin API. A community Deswik.CAD add-in, loaded through the Plugin Manager, exposes layers, entities and selections over a local TCP bridge, and users share .deswikbas macro files, but both are unofficial and tied to the Deswik build they were written for.
What Deswik (Sandvik) offers
Deswik has been part of Sandvik's Digital Mining Technologies division since Sandvik agreed to buy it in December 2021. Neither Deswik's home page nor its Spatial product page mentions AI, machine learning, an assistant or an API, and no MCP server has been announced by Deswik or Sandvik.

What an integration for Deswik could do
- Generate a Deswik process map (.ddf) from a written procedure, such as layer setup followed by a stope ring layout, for a planner to review and run.
- Inspect an existing process map and list its nodes and command parameters, so a team can audit what a shared workflow does.
- Read layers, entities and the current selection from an open Deswik.CAD session through an add-in bridge and summarise them for the planner.
Know of one, or building one?
If an MCP server or agent skill for Deswik exists, tell us and we'll check it and list it. You can also ask for one, which helps builders see demand.

Questions
Is there a Deswik MCP server?
Not one you can install as-is. A community repository named deswik-mcp-pluginAA provides a Deswik.CAD add-in and TCP bridge but no MCP server, and it carries no licence. Deswik has not announced anything.
Can Claude automate Deswik.CAD?
Indirectly. Claude can draft process maps or macros for you to load, but there is no supported way for an agent to drive Deswik.CAD live, and the official help needs a Deswik client login.
Has Sandvik announced AI features for Deswik?
Not on Deswik's public pages as of 4 November 2026. Its product pages describe graphical workflows and don't mention AI.
AI-generated models, drawings and results must be checked by a qualified engineer before use.
