dmstudio-rm MCP serverby Achmad Nazar Abrory (nazabrory)
An MCP server in the dmstudio-rm package that writes Jupyter workflows for Datamine Studio RM automation.
Datamine Studio RM has one community MCP server, inside the dmstudio-rm Python package. The server itself doesn't touch Studio RM: it looks up command wrappers and writes Jupyter notebooks, which you then run against a licensed, open Studio RM through its Windows COM interface. The package also installs an agent skill with its scripting rules. Datamine has no official MCP server, and its own AI assistant ships in MineScape 2026, not Studio RM.

Listings are sorted by origin, then by recent activity. GitHub data is refreshed nightly. Nothing here is ranked.
An MCP server or skill can only do what Datamine lets programs do. Datamine exposes 2 automation interfaces:
Datamine's AI work is in MineScape 2026, announced on 30 March 2026, which adds an assistant with chat, file analysis, command execution and help writing MineScape Process Logic scripts, and states that customer data isn't used to train models. Coverage of that release doesn't mention Studio RM, and Datamine hasn't announced an MCP server.

The listings here document setup for Claude Desktop, Cursor, Google Antigravity and Windsurf. Install steps, copied from each project's own documentation, are on each listing's page. Most Datamine integrations run on your own computer next to Datamine, so you need Datamine installed and licensed on the same machine unless the listing says otherwise.
Yes, a community one. The dmstudio-rm package from nazabrory includes an MCP server and a skill installer for Studio RM. Datamine Software has not released an official server, and the package states that it isn't affiliated with Datamine.
Not directly. The dmstudio-rm MCP server deliberately avoids live COM sessions to stop project locking and crashes, so Claude writes a notebook of Studio commands and you run its cells in JupyterLab on a Windows machine with Studio RM licensed and a project open.
Datamine announced its AI assistant as part of MineScape 2026. Coverage of the launch doesn't mention Studio RM or any other Studio product, so treat it as MineScape only for now.
Running python -m dmstudio.mcp_server --install-skills writes a dmstudio-rules SKILL.md into your workspace. It carries the package's COM scripting rules, such as registering files before commands use them and handling Studio's blocking dialogs, for the agent to follow when it writes notebooks.
AI-generated models, drawings and results must be checked by a qualified engineer before use.
