What it can do
- Parses the binary OrCAD .DSN directly, including Do Not Stuff states and CIS BOM variants.
- Joins Altium sheets through ports, sheet entries and buses, with selectable design variants.
- Reads KiCad schematics or a committed .net export, falling back to kicad-cli.
- Every MCP tool is also a shell command, and the plugin carries a skill that teaches those commands for agents without MCP.
Limitations
- Reads schematics only; it doesn't open or change the design in the EDA tool.
- OrCAD designs saved in an older Capture format are refused until you re-save them in a newer Capture.
