What it can do

  • Tags every run with an execution mode (smoke, debug, engineering or sign-off) that sets which checks are mandatory before a number can be quoted.
  • Includes dependency-free Python calculators for grid convergence index and units.
  • Gives worked guidance for Ansys Mechanical and MAPDL and Simcenter Nastran, including headless runs and parsing .rst, .op2 and .f06 results, with lighter coverage of Abaqus, LS-DYNA, COMSOL and others.
  • Asks a person for load cases, allowables, contact choices and sign-off instead of guessing.

Limitations

  • Doesn't drive any solver; it is meant to sit beside an executor such as PyMAPDL, PyMechanical, pyNastran or an MCP server.
  • The author's own evidence file says provenance tagging is partial and executor integration is unproven.
