What it can do

  • Places point, line and surface-based elements such as doors, walls, beams, floors and roofs, and creates levels, grids, rooms and dimensions.
  • Queries the active view, selection, family types and material quantities, and reports model statistics.
  • Colours elements by parameter value and tags all walls or rooms in a view.
  • Has a send_code_to_revit tool that runs C# you or the agent write inside Revit.

Limitations

  • The add-in talks to the server over a local WebSocket, so the add-in must be loaded and its commands switched on under the ribbon's Settings button.
  • The README lists Revit 2020 to 2026; Revit 2027 isn't mentioned.
  • Running arbitrary C# through the code tool can change the model in ways the named tools don't guard against.
