What it can do
- Full-text search across Siemens publications, filtered by product, version and locale.
- Reads a page as Markdown, pages through long topics and returns a publication's table of contents.
- Includes a CLI that exports a whole publication, such as the TIA Portal Openness manual, to a tree of Markdown files.
Limitations
- Documentation only; it doesn't connect to TIA Portal.
- Early release (0.1.x on PyPI); the catalogue is cached in memory, so the first call per host is slow.
