What it can do
- Opens, creates, saves, checks and runs simulations, with several named sessions open at once.
- Places, deletes and connects blocks and streams, discovering block ports automatically.
- Reads and writes tree values singly or in batches, and edits property methods, components, reaction sets and RadFrac side duties.
- Runs multi-objective NSGA-II optimisation over decision variables, objectives and constraints, previewing the study first by default.
Limitations
- Windows 10/11 only, with Python 3.11 or 3.12 and the mcp package pinned to 1.29.0.
- Listens on 127.0.0.1 with no authentication; each Aspen instance takes a licence seat, so the author advises running batches one after another.
- The README is mainly in Chinese, with a short English section.
