SLB Developer MCP serverby SLB
SLB's hosted, sign-in server that lets a coding assistant search SLB Developer guides and API references; docs only.
PIPESIM has no MCP server you can connect to a model, but SLB is closer than most vendors: its Tela assistant for Pipesim runs simulations, plots and reports through conversation and writes Python Toolkit workflows. Outside clients get only the SLB Developer MCP server, which searches the Python Toolkit documentation. The Python Toolkit itself works without the Pipesim interface open.

Listings are sorted by origin, then by recent activity. GitHub data is refreshed nightly. Nothing here is ranked.
An MCP server or skill can only do what PIPESIM lets programs do. PIPESIM exposes 2 automation interfaces:
SLB lists a Tela agentic-AI assistant for Pipesim (catalogue page dated 27 July 2026). It gives a natural-language interface to run simulations, generate plots, find production bottlenecks and automate reporting, and a PTK AI assistant that builds and runs Python Toolkit workflows. It works inside SLB's environment, not as an MCP server. The SLB Developer MCP server searches the toolkit documentation only.

Taken from the listings' own documentation. Check each listing for exactly what it supports.
The listings here document setup for ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor and VS Code. Install steps, copied from each project's own documentation, are on each listing's page. Most PIPESIM integrations run on your own computer next to PIPESIM, so you need PIPESIM installed and licensed on the same machine unless the listing says otherwise.
No server that opens Pipesim models was found on 4 November 2026. SLB's official SLB Developer MCP server can look up the Python Toolkit documentation for you.
Yes. SLB's Tela for Pipesim runs simulations, makes plots and drafts Python Toolkit workflows from conversation. It is part of SLB's software rather than something Claude or another outside client can call.
SLB's toolkit overview says it is included with the Pipesim simulator base (core) licences and needs Pipesim 2017.1 or later.
No. The toolkit opens a model as its own session, independently of the user interface, and SLB's documentation says the same model can't be edited through the UI and the toolkit at the same time. Close it in Pipesim first, or work on a copy.
A machine with Pipesim and its Python Toolkit installed, and a small server that wraps sixgill calls for opening a model, setting boundary conditions, running a simulation and returning result DataFrames. Nobody has published one yet.
AI-generated models, drawings and results must be checked by a qualified engineer before use.
