What it can do
- Parses an XER file and lists its projects, activities, WBS, relationships, calendars and resources.
- Lists activities with zero or negative float as the critical path, sorted by early start.
- Runs a DCMA-style quality check for missing logic, long durations, high float and unresourced tasks.
- Computes earned value figures (PV, EV, AC, CPI, SPI, EAC) and flags over-allocated resources.
- Provides prompts for executive, critical-path, resource and milestone reports.
Limitations
- Reads XER files only; it doesn't connect to a P6 database or change schedules.
- Defines the critical path as activities with total float of zero or less, which may differ from a project set to longest path in P6.
