What it can do

  • Checks whether the lean-planning-mcp tools are present and switches between operating them and an advice-only mode.
  • With the server, runs the AWP setup order and the weekly LPS routine of look-ahead, snapshot, close-out and PPC review.
  • Without the server, calculates PPC, TA and TMR from pasted data and reviews exported MSPDI XML.

Limitations

  • The SKILL.md text is written in Portuguese (the repository README is in English and Portuguese).
  • Operation mode depends on the lean-planning-mcp tool names.
