What it can do
- Lists the tables and columns the CData driver exposes for Microsoft Project data.
- Runs SQL SELECT queries so the assistant can answer questions about projects, tasks and resources.
- Lets you restrict which tables are exposed in the connection's .prp file.
Limitations
- Needs the CData JDBC Driver for Microsoft Project, which is licensed separately (a trial key is accepted).
- Read-only; CData points to its separate paid products for write access.
- Project Online retired on 30 September 2026, so this route now applies mainly to Project Server.
