What it can do
- Scans the open drawing into handles and structured geometry, so edits target exact entities rather than labels or pixels.
- Validates and dry-runs edit plans, executes them only on request, then rescans and compares the result.
- Builds a semantic view of the drawing (objects, dimension bindings, constraints) in a local SQLite workspace.
- Exports layouts, PDF, DXF and images, with optional rendered overlays for visual review.
Limitations
- Beta; the author aims it at supervised work, not unattended changes to valuable drawings.
- AutoCAD and the MCP client must run under the same Windows user.
- View mapping is exact only for untwisted plan views; dimension binding is heuristic.
