Exposes 28 tools with 163 actions covering surfaces, alignments, profiles, sections, corridors, pipe networks, COGO points, labels, layouts and data shortcuts.
Plans every typed write as a dry run, applies it only with the returned token and reports an error if the drawing does not hold the requested result afterwards.
Uses permission profiles (read only, safe write, full write, unsafe code) that fail closed to read only when the settings file is invalid.
Exports a TIN surface as a LandXML package for a Revit Toposolid, with a separate script to prepare the Revit side.

Live evidence is for Civil 3D 2025 only; 2024 and 2026 builds compile but are not live-validated.
Automatic undo is disabled; you revert changes with Civil 3D's own UNDO.
The optional C# escape hatch runs arbitrary code and is not a sandbox.
