What it can do
- Bundles skills from the ras-commander and hms-commander libraries, including API discovery, HMS-to-RAS integration and cloud-native GIS export.
- Launches the ras-commander-mcp and hms-commander-mcp text servers with uvx.
- Adds two read-only subagents and a hook that blocks direct server calls from the main session.
- Reads only the current Claude Code project folder unless you add extra roots.
Limitations
- Codex gets the skills only; the servers, subagents and hooks are Claude Code only.
- Geometry, HDF and DSS results, runs and edits are outside the servers; the skills point the agent to the Python libraries for those.
- Needs uv on PATH.
