What it can do
- Creates and connects Grasshopper components from Claude Desktop.
- Turns short descriptions into multi-component patterns using a JSON knowledge base of common components, parameters and connection rules.
- Exposes component guidance as resources so the agent connects parameters correctly.
Limitations
- No commits since March 2025, so check that it still loads in current Rhino 8 builds.
- The setup notes cover Windows paths and Claude Desktop only.
- You start the Python bridge yourself and add the GH_MCP component to the canvas each session.
