What it can do
- Starts a local COMSOL client or connects to a remote server, then loads, creates, clones and saves models with timestamped versions.
- Builds geometry, adds physics interfaces, boundary conditions and multiphysics couplings, meshes, and runs stationary or time-dependent studies, synchronously or in the background.
- Adds battery, fuel-cell, electrodeposition and corrosion interfaces from a registry of feature types read from a live COMSOL 6.3 session.
- Evaluates expressions, exports results, and searches COMSOL PDF manuals once you build the local vector index.
Limitations
- Needs a Java runtime and a non-Store Python 3.10+; MPh allows only one COMSOL client per Python process.
- The author lists integration testing as still in progress.
- The PDF knowledge base needs extra packages and a local embedding model.
