What it can do
- Checks that the Quartus command-line tools can be found.
- Generates QPF, QSF, a VHDL top level and a VWF waveform file for a counter example project.
- Compiles with quartus_sh --flow compile and attempts VWF simulation with quartus_sim.
- Summarises .rpt, .summary and .log files and lists programming files.
Limitations
- Five tools only, aimed at one MAX II EPM1270T144C5 teaching board.
- Quartus II 9.1 doesn't always pick up the simulated .cvwf file, and may reject generated .vwf files until you open and resave them in the GUI.
