What it can do
- Wraps the Quartus 9.1 command-line tools to create and inspect projects, run full or per-stage compiles and summarise reports.
- Generates .vwf stimulus from structured or plain-language simulation requests and runs functional or timing simulation.
- Locks pins directly or through a built-in preset for a MAX II EPM1270T144C5 teaching board.
- Lists JTAG hardware and programs .sof or .pof files with quartus_pgm.
Limitations
- Built for Quartus II 9.1 and one teaching board; other versions and boards are not documented.
