What it can do
- Runs a resident C# NXOpen plug-in inside NX and talks to it over TCP port 1977, which the author measures at 10 to 50 ms per call.
- Covers modelling, sketching, assemblies and measurement through more than 130 tools.
- Includes a diagnostic script that checks the NX process, the TCP port, the plug-in version and the startup logs.
Limitations
- Ships source only; you build and sign the plug-in on your own machine with NX's SignDotNet.exe.
- Warns when the detected NX is not 2412, since APIs may differ.
