What it can do
- Groups its functions into eight tools for DGN files, elements, levels, cells, annotation, views, cadastral work and system tasks.
- Talks to MicroStation through a compiled MDL application over a Windows named pipe, falling back to COM when the MDL app isn't loaded.
- Draws batches of elements in one round trip inside an undo group and returns screenshots for checking.
- Runs key-ins and Python through a system tool, and automates Vietnamese land-parcel drawings and coordinate tables.
Limitations
- Targets MicroStation V8i only, not CONNECT Edition or 2024+ releases.
- The fast native mode needs the MDL app built with Visual Studio 2005/2008 and the V8i SDK.
- README is in Vietnamese and the repository has no licence file.
