What it can do
- Lists nodes, bars, panels, sections, materials, supports, releases, load cases and combinations, using Robot's own selection syntax such as "1 3 5to9".
- Reads bar forces along the member, force envelopes, node displacements and support reactions, converted from RobotOM's SI values into stated units.
- Runs the calculation only when called with confirm=true; save and open tools stay blocked until ROBOT_MCP_ALLOW_WRITE=1 is set.
- Pages large lists with limit and offset, capped by ROBOT_MCP_MAX_ITEMS.
Limitations
- README in Vietnamese.
- Attaches to a running Robot with a model open; it does not start Robot.
- Model building (nodes, bars, loads) is on the roadmap, not yet available.
- The README states MIT, but the repository has no licence file GitHub recognises.
Install
Clone the repository and run .\install.ps1, which creates a virtualenv, installs the dependencies and writes the MCP configuration to ~/.claude.json. Restart Claude afterwards.{
