What it can do
- Three tools - execute_paraview_code, get_pipeline_info and get_screenshot.
- Runs a C++/Qt plug-in inside the interactive ParaView process, avoiding pvserver and client synchronisation.
- Records each execution and, where ParaView can snapshot the pipeline, lets you restore the state from just before it.
- Queues commands so only one changes ParaView's state at a time.
Limitations
- The code tool runs arbitrary Python in your ParaView session.
- You must install the plug-in build that matches your exact ParaView version and platform.
- Non-loopback connections need an auth token.
