What it can do
- Browses and searches commands, Python API, FISH intrinsics and reference docs for each engine and version, without needing the engine running.
- Runs code in a live REPL inside the engine, even while a long simulation is still cycling.
- Submits, monitors, interrupts and lists long-running simulation tasks.
- Sees what you do in the engine GUI (console commands, plots, saved data-file edits), so you and the agent can work on the same model.
Limitations
- The bridge must be started from inside the engine's IPython console in each new session.
- The documentation corpus covers PFC 6.0, 7.0 and 9.0, FLAC 7.0 and 9.0 and 3DEC 7.0 and 9.0.
- Supersedes the author's earlier flac-mcp, which is now frozen.
