What it can do
- Inserts schematic symbols, ladders and PLC modules, draws and numbers wires and adds cross-references in the open drawing.
- Creates, searches, moves and bulk-updates components, and opens, lists and switches project drawings.
- Generates a BOM, wire list, terminal plan, PLC I/O list and project summary.
- Also offers a browser dashboard on localhost that sends the same tools to a local Ollama model or another OpenAI-compatible provider.
Limitations
- Windows only; AutoCAD Electrical 2025 must be running with a drawing open.
- Tested against the 2025 release only; a fork by another author targets 2027 for one manufacturer's motor control centre drawings.
- AGPL-3.0 licence, which matters if you modify it and offer it as a network service.
